Pricing update for new Hostel Mate subscriptions (effective 1 Mar 2026)

We are updating our prices for new subscriptions to reflect the product improvements and expanded support we've delivered. Existing Hostel Mate customers keep their current rate as long as their subscription remains active. This notice explains what is changing, why we are updating pricing, and what remains the same.

  • Prices shown in USD. Taxes and any applicable fees are additional.
  • "Previous" amounts are provided for transparency only; they remain in effect solely for existing customers who keep an active subscription.

What is not changing

  • Your data, service quality, and SLAs remain unchanged.
  • Current customers keep their existing price while their subscription stays active (no action required).

No. Your current rate continues unchanged while your account remains active and on its current plan.

Moving to a different plan tier after 1 Mar 2026 adopts the new pricing for that tier. Remaining on your existing plan keeps your current price.

Reactivations after 1 Mar 2026 use the new pricing.

Yes. Annual plans retain a lower effective monthly rate compared with monthly billing (see table above). Annual amounts are billed in full at the start of the term.

Pricing is shown in USD. Local taxes, duties, and any payment processor fees may apply at checkout and on invoices.

No. All plan inclusions remain as published on our Pricing page. The software continues to cover hostel PMS, reservation management, channel management, payments, housekeeping, and reporting capabilities, exactly as documented.
