Nope. HostelMate is a flat monthly fee. A lot of PMS platforms take a percentage of each booking or tack on per-reservation fees that add up fast, especially during peak season. We don't do that. You pay $19/month on Lite or $45/month on Advanced per property, and that's your bill regardless of how many bookings come in. If you're coming from a platform that charges per booking, you'll likely notice the savings pretty quickly.
The biggest day-to-day difference is around your finances and your team. Advanced gives you proper accounting tools, P&L reports, dynamic pricing rules, and the ability to set granular permissions per staff member, so your receptionist doesn't see what your accountant sees. You also get unlimited beds (Lite caps at 30), API access if you want to build custom integrations, and 24/7 live chat instead of email-only support. If you're running a larger property or just need tighter financial control, it's worth it.
